Step 1 - Registration

To advertise on this site you must be a tenant of one of the partner housing organisations listed on the Partners Page.However if you are a tenant of another housing organisation you can arrange your own swap by placing  an advert, at your own expense in other suitable locations 

To register you will need to complete the “Household Registration” form which you will find by opening the “Log In /My Account”

Follow the online instructions and complete the registration form. Once this has been completed and submitted you will immediately be sent a membership/reference number

Please make a note of this as you will need this along with the date of birth of the main applicant to gain future access to the system

You will then need to complete the on-line mutual exchange application, making sure you complete the full details of your present home and the where you would like to move to.

Once this has been completed and submitted it will be directed to your local office for checking. As soon as it has been checked and verified your advert will appear on the Web site
