Who Can Use the Service

The Homexchange service is open to tenants of one of the partner landlords, Gentoo Sunderland, Your Homes Newcastle, South Tyneside Homes, The Gateshead Housing Company or North Tyneside Homes who have usually held a tenancy for more than 12 months.

Tenants of Registered Social Landlords (housing associations) and private landlords unfortunately cannot at present advertise on this site. However they can advertise for an exchange in local press newsagents etc but this would be at their own expense
